The University has negotiated a four (4) hour maximum response time for service requests.
Faculty and staff can make copies at the machine located in their department by simply walking up to the device and selecting COPY. If your copy machine requires a PIN CODE to access, please see the copier administrator in your department to obtain the code.
Students will have the ability to make copies on machines located in the Library. Access to these student machines will be granted by swiping an Eagle ID card and the associated charges will be deducted from the card's Eagle Dollar balance.
Faculty and staff can scan to their departmental folders from the copy machines. Scanned documents are saved as PDF files within these department folders. There is no charge for scanning. All machines will scan in color (including black & white machines).
Faculty and staff can print to the copier located in their department from a networked computer.
Before you will be able to print to the copier you must download the print driver from the University network.
The name of the print driver is the PRN-50XXX number listed on the front of the machine.
