What is the L.E.A.D. Team?
The L.E.A.D. (Leadership Education and Development) Team is a selected group of experienced student leaders, chosen by the Office of Multicultural and Leadership Development, within the Dean of Students Office who serve as peer leadership educators for the students at Florida Gulf Coast University.
What does L.E.A.D. Team do?
L.E.A.D. Team is responsible for three major initiatives in the Office of Multicultural and Leadership Development, Leadership Summit, Leadership Academy, and a high school outreach program. The L.E.A.D. Team also provides consultations, resources, and training workshops that facilitate the leadership development of the Florida Gulf Coast University community.
Who are the L.E.A.D. Team Members?
Members of the L.E.A.D. Team are seasoned leaders who have an abundance of experiences and expertise through their campus involvement. These members hold a common bond of being change agents for our campus, the community, and the world.
