Students who do not meet the requirements described above will not be admitted into the programs in the College of Education. We recommend that all students be admitted into the College of Education by the completion of sixty hours.
In order to develop your degree plan of study and organize your sequence of courses over the next two years, it is highly encouraged that you meet with a College of Education Academic Advisor prior to applying for your degree major. Please visit the Advising page on the COE website https://www2.fgcu.edu/coe/academicadvising.html to schedule an appointment with an advisor as soon as possible to discuss course selection and application and admission to the programs in the College of Education.
In addition to working closely with your COE academic advisor, Degree Works will also assist you in planning your progression through the program. We encourage you to use Degree Works as a tool to help you successfully complete your degree program.
