Coach register the school information. School registration form must be submitted online no later than Wednesday, November 21st, 2018. Link

Step 2

Coach enter all the individual student information. Student information must be submitted online no later than Friday, December 7th, 2018 Link

Step 3

Mail a check with school registration form (you should have received a copy of school registration form through your email). Registration fees must be postmarked by Saturday, December 8th, 2018. The registration fee is $12.00 per student plus $5.00 per additional coaches t-shirt, which covers the cost of a tee shirt designed for the event. Please make a check payable to "FGCU MATH CONTEST" for $12.00 times the total number of participating students plus an additional $5.00 times the number of coaches shirts and send to:

We would appreciate having all registration info ASAP and fees by no later than December 8th. Please estimate the number of tee shirts of each size for your contingent (S, M, L, XL) and include that information with your payment.

Also, please advise with your registration e-mail if any students will require disability accommodation and the nature of that accommodation. We will make every reasonable effort to comply. If your group needs assistance in arranging overnight accommodations, please contact by November 21.
