2018 Southwest Florida Conference on Aging

May 8th is the 2018 Southwest Florida Conference on Aging. This event will be held at Crowne Plaza at the Bell Tower, Fort Myers from 8:15am to 4pm.

Six contact hours for Physical Therapists, Nursing Home Administrators, Nursing, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapists, Mental Health Counseling, Attorneys, and Professional Guardians.

6th Annual Symposium on Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias

FGCU will be hosting the 6th Annual Symposium on Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias on Monday, March 5th in the morning. This is a tremendous symposium that features world class scholars and practitioners in the field.

$50 fee for CEU seeking professionals. This fee is waived to FGCU Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy alumni, clinical instructors, faculty and students by the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences. 2018 National Conference on Autism

The 11th Annual Promising Pathways Conference on Best Practice in Autism Spectrum Disorder is coming up Saturday, April 7, 2018. The Department of Rehabilitation Sciences is sponsoring 6 CEUs for Occupational Therapy and 6 CEHs for Physical Therapy. This event is free to alumni, faculty, students and clinical instructors.

FGCU is offering a five (5) course Manual Therapy Continuing Education series. The series prepares participants to sit for the FGCU Manual Therapy Certification Exam (FGCU-MTC).

Approved CE Provider for Athletic Trainers

The Department of Rehabilitation Sciences at Florida Gulf Coast University has been approved by the Board of Certification to offer Category A CEU's for Athletic Trainers.
