Torrie Jackson, Assistant Director for Fraternity and Sorority Life

Torrie Jackson serves as the Assistant Director for Fraternity and Sorority Life at Florida Gulf Coast University. She was born in Chicago, IL and raised in Houston, Texas. In 2013, she graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. In May 2015, she received a Master of Arts degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from The Ohio State University. At Ohio State, she served as the Graduate Administrative Associate of Sorority and Fraternity Life, as well as the Staff Training and Development Graduate Administrative Associate in Recreational Sports. As Assistant Director for FSL, she advises the Interfraternity Council, National Pan-Hellenic Council, and Order of Omega. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and in her spare time, she enjoys reading, collecting vinyl records, and competing in beauty pageants.

Torrie is responsible for advising the following organizations:

Rebecca Crumb, Coordinator for Fraternity and Sorority Life 

Rebecca Crumb serves as the Coordinator for Fraternity and Sorority Life at Florida Gulf Coast University. She serves as the primary advisor for the Panhellenic Council, Multicultural Greek Council, and Greek Programming Council. Rebecca received her BA in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology from Christopher Newport University. In May 2017, she received her M.S.Ed. in Educational Leadership-Higher Education with a concentration in Student affairs from Old Dominion University. She worked as the Graduate Assistant for Greek Life at Virginia Wesleyan University, as well as got additional experience in student activities, housing, and orientation. She was born in Guam and has moved around the world as a military child. She is a sister of Zeta Tau Alpha, co-founder of an a cappella group, and enjoys long walks to the freezer to get pistachio or mint chocolate chip ice cream.
